There is a place in the Catskills of upstate New York called Acidalia. It used to be a town and now it isn't. It is very beautiful and when you are there, any sound will echo because of the mountains.
My grandmother (from now on referred to as "my grandmother") has a house up there and enjoys watching the beautiful sunsets. Mr. Rivera (more commonly known as "the neighbor from Hell", but from now on referred to as "Mr. Rivera") was a neighbor who liked to play very loud and ugly music.
It is a simple story. One night, my grandmother was minding her own business and enjoying nature when she heard this loud and ugly music ruining the peaceful setting. She became rather angry. So, the next night, she turned Prairie Home Companion up really loud and let it blast and echo across hill and dale while she enjoyed the sunset. The following night, Mr. Rivera died.
Yes, this is a true story. It did really happen. A man named Mr. Rivera (although more commonly known as "the neighbor from Hell") did die under those peculiar circumstances. They say he died of a sudden and unexpected heart attack, but we know it really was murder by radio.
